Why I Built This System
I know this problem because I experienced it myself.
For years I trained hard and stayed motivated, but I often hit frustrating plateaus. I would leave workouts wondering if I had actually improved.
Most of the time I couldn't clearly remember the exact weights or reps from my previous sessions.
Without that information, real progression becomes difficult.
So I decided to approach training differently.
Using an engineering mindset, I built my own system to track the variables that actually drive progress in the gym.

Once my training became measurable, everything changed.
